New York was such a lovely little respit for us this past weekend. I know, New York? Restful? Yes indeed. We had such a quiet and lovely time. Took it all in and took the time to rest between appointments. It was so good. Great food of course and long chats with bubbley water and strawberries to snack on with our lovely customers. They each visited and oohed and aahed at all the new looks and colors. So great!
Our showroom was a quiet little spot with a lovely velvet couch in light blue, with a large lamp hanging over the coffee table. Glass cloches sat on the table covered in pearls, and vintage chain, faceted stones and hand forged pendants. Spattered with long ribbons of raw linen in ivory and white and pinks. The ribbons spilled in pools throughout the room. Racks were full and separated by season and hues. Spring Summer colors in white, ivory, light baby pink, meadow blue, taupe, cobolt and chocolate. Fall looks in rich truffle browns, chocolate, smokey grey, midnight blue and a bit of bright autumn gold, plum and sea pink. Of course perfect white shirts with vintage buttons and patches of vintage fabric prints. More pics to come.
My new lovely Selena Strap dress is above, shown in truffle, sea pink and chocolate. Doesn't it look like an ice-cream flavor of sorts - Neopolitan?
We returned to a bustling studio, new fabrics came in today and loads of boxes are shipping out. My team is amazing, and Kevin and I are back in the swing of things.
I send kisses and hugs your way. t

they must be felt with the heart!
